Mental Fitness is Key Mental fitness, like physical fitness, is central to well-being. Without it, we feel stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration and more. Yet, feeling positive emotions like curiosity and creativity let alone taking laser-focused action can be a struggle. Just like losing 15 extra pounds!
How to Improve Your Mental Fitness
I am a certified Positive Intelligence (“PQ”) Coach and offer a seven-week bootcamp to build your mental fitness. Over the course of the program, I facilitate a weekly virtual discussion for a “pod” of five to six people. The rest of the week, you develop your mental fitness at your own pace using the Positive Intelligence app. It’s easy to fit this into your schedule even if you’re working full-time, traveling or on vacation. No joke!
This practice draws on learnings and studies from neuroscience, positive psychology, cognitive psychology and performance science. Are you a controller, hyper-achiever, avoider, stickler or something else? How much do you judge yourself or others? Positive Intelligence helps you identify the "saboteurs" that can make you less effective and fulfilled.
My guarantee: with this program, you’ll learn how to be more effective at work and at home. You’ll also feel happier and more confident.

Featured Testimonials "I am grateful that Margaret invited me to participate in the PQ program, where she thoughtfully guided pod participants through interesting discussions. Not only was Margaret's pod an eye-opening experience that I easily fit it into my schedule, I use the PQ app daily and continue to appreciate Margaret's periodic guidance. I'm applying my saboteur-and-sage learning to improve my personal and professional life. (Margaret is very personable and highly professional.) I certainly recommend the PQ program to anyone as a good investment of time and energy."—Roy “I had the privilege and pleasure to join the PQ program led by Margaret Enloe in 2022. I found the concept and conversations around saboteurs and negative thinking really helpful. Keeping this front of mind in my professional and personal interactions enhanced my effectiveness at work and strengthened personal relationships. Margaret is a thoughtful leader — I recommend this program to anyone considering taking it!”—Barbara "I signed up to take the Positive Intelligence bootcamp because Margaret was facilitating it. I knew that under her guidance, I’d unearth insights and constructive habits. Margaret is the perfect blend of down-to-earth, pragmatic, empathic, and firm — an ideal combination for a coach! Because the program is organized in bite-sizes, it’s easy to integrate into a busy schedule too."—Jennifer “I want to take a moment and tell you how deeply thankful I am that you introduced me to the PQ positive intelligence program. This enables me to perform at my best in some very stressful situations. I strongly urge everyone to take this course.”—Jason
